Carrier Compatibility
Each carrier supports different label size options. Not all formats work with all carriers. The default 4×6 inch PDF format is the most widely supported.

Choosing the Right Format

PDF Formats

Best for standard office printers. The 4×6 inch format is the most common for shipping labels and works with thermal printers and standard printers alike.

PNG Formats

Image format that can be useful for custom printing workflows or when you need to embed labels in other documents.

ZPL II Format

Designed specifically for Zebra thermal printers. This format sends raw commands directly to the printer for fast, high-quality label printing.

Setting Your Default
You can set your preferred label format in Account Settings under Units & Settings. This will be used for all new shipments unless you change it for a specific shipment.
